Oscar Pérez de la Fuente is an Associate Professor (accredited as Full Professor) of Philosophy of Law and Political Philosophy in Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. He authored several books and numerous scientific articles on cultural pluralism, free speech, and legal interpretation. Coordinator of the "Cultural pluralism and rights of minorities" Permanent Seminar. He is currently Executive Editor of the Research Committee 26 on human rights of IPSA, the International Political Science Association.
