Dr. Maurice Bassali is a retired physician who lives with his wife Margaret in Manalapan, Florida. He belongs to the assembly of Plymouth Brethren in nearby Lake Worth. Dr. Bassali is a devout Christian who loves the Lord and invests his time in searching the Holy Scriptures and writing Christian books and articles. He has authored two other books with Xulon Press: Praise: The Door to God's Presence, and Destined for Glory. He is also the author of Medicine For The Soul (Carlton Press, 1987) and The God of Jacob (Believers Bookshelf, 2007). He is one of the regular contributors to Grace and Truth, a monthly magazine dedicated to publishing Christian literature throughout the whole world, especially in Nigeria.
