Turbidity Currents: Dynamics, Deposits and Reversals

The laboratory work to the dynamics of turbidity currents, outlined in this volume, is the first experimental investigation of the nature of downslape gravity-driven currents of suspended sediments which are reflected/ deflected against obstacles such as seamounts oceanfloor slopes.
