The smoke clears from an Empire ravaged by terrorism. The silent army has disappeared from the news to be replaced by the reasoned voices of a new political party whose manifesto closely resembles that of the dreaded September Alliance. It is an open secret that the leadership of the two are one and the same. The revolution has staked their future on the shifting sands of democracy, but they have a problem. In New York City, a recalcitrant cell defiantly severs its links to their erstwhile comrades and vows to carry on the fight alone. A bloody warning to the former leadership sends a clear message that New York is one cell that is not going to beat its sword into a plowshare.
