They battle curses and hardships to survive, fighting fang and witch's nail to break free.
Set in the small South African town of Klerksdorp, we follow a group of apparent strangers united by their adversities and rallying against an entire world concealed behind an ominous veil. This is a story to make you feel and think in equal measure, until your heart breaks one final time.
Casey, Liam and James show us fear stems more from thoughts than imagined monsters. By finding courage through hardship and confronting the past, they transform terror into strength. This is how we overcome, how we ascend: through ties that bind. We adapt or die.
