The responsibility of the providers

Research conducted as an end-of-course work of Law graduation. The objective of this research was to verify the appropriateness of the liability of search providers as a guarantee of the right to forgetfulness in the Brazilian legal system, studying the theme from the current legal and social context. Given the relevance of digital personal data protection and the right to privacy of individuals in the contemporary context.
