Parviz Janfaza, M.D., is retired as an Assistant Professor of Otology and Laryngology at Harvard Medical School. Joseph B. Nadol, Jr., M.D., is Chief of Otolaryngology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Robert Galla is Senior Medical Illustrator at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Richard L.
