Throughout her 35 years post Ph.D. Experience of teaching, administrative, training, counselling, and research experience, guided five Ph.D. theses, one more about to be completed, and currently supervises three Ph.D. candidates. She has published over 60 research papers in international and national journals of repute and has presented over 60 research papers at conferences and seminars and has 12 books to her credit. She has conducted over 7 Virtual International Conferences under the aegis of Speaking cube. Dr Kumar has earned Award of Excellence 2024 for guiding Mental Health Startups and supporting Women Entrepreneurship’ conferred by the State minister, Uttarakhand, India.
