Cliff (Ubba) Kodero is an assistant professor of political science and international studies at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. He was previously an assistant professor of political economy at the College of Idaho. He has published works in international affairs, African studies, and Black studies. His primary research focuses on non-economic roles of regional initiatives, while his secondary research area is Black internationalism manifested in global International Relations. Angela Zivo Gapa is an associate professor of International Relations at California State University, Chico. She has published extensively in International Relations and Comparative Politics, with a primary research focus on the geopolitics of natural resources and the role of identity in international relations. Her main regional focus is sub-Saharan Africa.Lana Shehadeh is an assistant professor of politics at the Arab American University, Ramallah, West Bank. She has published in Ethnic and Racial Studies, Religion and Politics, and Arab Quarterly, among others. Her work focuses on the intersection of religion and politics, and on the roles of gender and agency in the Middle East.
