Management Mechanisms in the Sphere of Housing and Municipal Services

Social and economic development of municipal union is defined by a concrete definition of components of quality of life of the population with reference to requirements of people as habitation and living conditions. The estimation of a level of development of municipal system is carried out from positions of degree of satisfaction of requirements of local population in habitation and utilities. Therefore for the purpose of effective development and planning of granting housing and municipal services at municipal level it is necessary to develop strategy of development of housing and communal services. The urgency and necessity of strategy of management of granting of housing-and-municipal services defines importance of working out a strategic plan and algorithm of strategy of management of granting by housing-and-municipal services at municipal level owing to what there were tasks in view: formation method of planning of system of granting housing and municipal services at municipal level and algorithm of working out of the strategic plan of system housing and municipal services.
