Let's not punish each other

In our life we experience many situations that awaken feelings and emotions. Some are of joy and rejoicing, and stimulate laughter and even tears of emotion. Others are of sadness and pain, and lead us to silence and despair. The latter happens with the feeling of guilt. When it appears, if you do not know how to handle it correctly, it can lead to the blockage and the closure in ourselves. Being aware of this will help us to overcome it and channel judgment on ourselves without turning guilt into punishment.
