Integrated System for Intelligent Control

The main objectives of this book are to provide a reference book for teaching graduate and undergraduate students in control systems, distributed AI, computer integrated manufacturing, AI in engineering applications and computer science; to help professional research staff to trace the up-to-date technology developed in the above areas; and to provide a self-instruction tutoring book for retraining engineers in industry. In order to accomplish the above objectives this book examines fundamental knowledge about intelligent control and integrated intelligent system; primary concepts; functions analyses of meta-system; the newest development in distributed AI; and the coherent integration of academic research and real industrial applications.
