Kaneesha is a noble waitress at the Jesse James Gang Grille in suburban Washington, DC. She's helping her newfound friend, Bridget, who has escaped a perilous situation after meeting the impetuous Marcus and gaining interest in him day by day. But local malcontents infict murderous mayhem; Basketball star Isaac speaks words of wisdom about life and death, and offers solution to deathly problems, while physics professor philosophizes and the restaurant family feeds them all. Life trumps death.
