Evaluation of Library Services

The prime purpose of this book is to provide facility to learn about not even only the resources but also evaluate of of IIT roorkee. Earlier, the libraries were used as store house where the information stored. The users were not allowed to be used/benefited with the passage of time, the situation changed drastically and information seekers are aware what the library is in side. Thus library is a social institution dispensing knowledge to the ignorant and informed a like.
