JOHN A. HOSCHETTE is a Technical Director with Lockheed Martin in Eagan, Minnesota. He has also worked with other world-class organizations such as Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, and Loral. Mr. Hoschette has helped more than 5,000 engineers enhance and advance their career development. Additionally, he is a senior member of the IEEE, the author of more than sixty published papers, and adjunct professor at several universities.
