Dave and V

David is a young Australian man who likes to travel and play in a band. His whole life is ahead of him, but like everyone else he needs clothes. On one particular day when a V neck T-shirt is beginning to lose hope of finding someone to buy him, in steps David into the store. Persuaded to buy the T-shirt with a $5 reduction and entry into a prize draw for a holiday, David buys the T-shirt and at last it has a home. Dave and V is a charming children's book by Vittoria Healey in which the reader follows the adventures of the white V neck T-shirt soon to be called 'V' after the middle letter of David's name.
