Born and raised in Manchester, Jane Price has worked as a food editor and writer of books and magazines in London and Sydney for nearly 30 years. She is the author of the bestselling Kitchen Classics series (Murdoch Books).Her interest in food began when her father taught her to toss pancakes at the age of six, and even held strong after a failed blancmange in school home economics.Jane believes in generous, stress-free meals that bring as much happiness to the cook as to those sitting down to enjoy them.
