Career guidance and decision making efficacy

The book reports an empirical investigation about students' perceptions of career guidance, participation in the activities and career decision making self efficacy (CDSE). Various dimensions of these variables were examined and relationships explored with a view to assisting students to overcome the difficulties associated with career decision making.
