The discipline of food science has an enormous impact on the quality of human life. It has given rise to the world's largest industry that is processing unlimited verities of food. Milk is a important part of human diet and contamination with aflatoxin (AFM1) is an issue of great concern which demands a great attention. So, this research is planed to evaluate the safety of milk. Owing the results of this research, the implementation of regulations will help to minimize or avoid the AFM1 contamination in milk.
