This led to a new development in the name of ABC that has become a need for all IT Companies and interest in the field of further research on the subject. ABC is a novel method of cost ascertainment that can promise a greater level of cost savings in any industry, if it is employed. In IT Sector the major competition would be there in terms of delivery of services in meantime and mean-cost. When companies attain the superiority by cost advantage and cost leadership, it is beyond-doubt that they can get the favour of clients and enrich by revenue. Hence, ABC has become a tool for IT companies in achieving the same. Although there are many advantages through ABC method, it cannot actually be applied by all the companies as it is a system and more clearly a culture.
