The overpopulated Globe has evolved as far as it can and the World Government agrees something or someone needs to move humanity forward. One person who will bear the burden of doing the right thing. The World Congress must appoint a King. Since the United Nations dissolved, the World Congress has governed the world for decades. The leaders of the world are challenged to answer the questions society has been asking for generations.
