Same that takes as hypothesis "Elementary teachers in the urban area of Caborca, Sonora in the year 2020 affects their workload." same that was used a quantitative method, non-experimental design, descriptive scope, with a probabilistic sample, survey technique and an instrument proposed in the NOM-035 STPS-2018 that measures psychosocial risks in the workplace, through 4 categories which are work environment, own factors of the activity, organization of work time, leadership and work relationships.
