Vertraulichkeitsschutz bei öffentlich beherrschten Aktiengesellschaften

»Confidentiality Protection at Publicly Controlled Stock Corporations«: The object of this paper is the conflict between public information interests and corporate confidentiality interests. It arises because public law imposes disclosure obligations on local authorities which, in the case of corporate shareholdings, also cover corporate information. The study examines whether the disclosure of sensitive information is to be feared and whether the company is entitled to compensation claims against the participating local authority.
