Values for the Future of Humanity

Mahatma Gandhi in his thought and action personified truth and nonviolence. He looked upon the entire humanity as a single extended family, and believed that it was guided by a single set of values. The movement that began to free the country from the British rule received a new direction with his entry and became synonymous with 'Gandhian movement' or Non-violent movement.' His magic touch not only made Non violence a powerful tool in the history of mankind but also made it handy for the common people to resist injustice and tyranny.
