Understanding Pāṇini from Pāṇini's Perspective

When Cambridge University awarded a PhD degree on the thesis submitted on Pāṇini to Atul Rishi Raj Popat titled "In Pāṇini We Trust- Discovering the Algorithm for Rule Conflict Resolution in the Aṣṭādhyāyī," it was publicized by Atul Rishi Raj and his supervisor in social, print and mainstream media that 2500-year-old algorithm of Pāṇini has been cracked.
