The Waiting Room: How much longer will I be here?

No one really likes to wait. When we want something, we want it now. But life doesn't work that way and waiting is a part of the process we all must go through. What is a waiting room? When I think of a waiting room I envision a hospital waiting room that's full of sick people. It's a small room that's dull and stressful. The people are waiting to see a doctor or they're waiting to find out the status of their loved ones in surgery. Joy is usually not found in the waiting room. In the waiting room you're more aware of time and often ask, "How much longer will I have to wait?". You may currently be in your own personal waiting room. What is it that you've been praying for, decreeing & declaring, confessing, believing, hoping for, asking, desiring, dreaming of and wanting God to do in your life? Some of you may have recently began your wait or some of you (like me) have been waiting for 1, 5, or 20 years. Your waiting room doesn't have to be a place of dread or sadness! Actually, the waiting room is a place of development, growth, strength and where you'll find your purpose. In this book you will learn the purpose of your wait and what you should be doing during your wait. I will share strategies for prayer and how you should beautify your waiting room.
