The Sisterhood

Although Ashden, an isolated English village in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, appears to be run in the same way as other villages, everything and everyone in it is actually controlled by a determined groupd of womenfolk known as THE SISTERHOOD, who meet in secret and perform a fascinating series of rituals. Roy, the leading male character, who is chosen by them as their lead man, is singled out to perform a variety of duties for the Sisterhood. Nothing is quite as it seems and, as we are taken on a fascinating journey through Roy's long life, there's never a dull moment as the Sisterhood manipulate both him and every other male in the village to their lasting advantage. Sexually explicit, it's always the womenfolk who lead the way and call the tune, having first fooled the world into believing that the men are in charge. And it all began with Faith, the delectable headmistress, who seduces Roy on his seventeenth birthday.
