The Role of Judiciary in Democratization (a Case Study of Pakistan)

This work attempts to understand the role & impact of judiciary in Pakistan Politics. The study provides an insight to the understanding of the legal cases in which the imposition of martial laws and dissolution of assemblies has been challenged before judiciary in Pakistan. The aforesaid judgments of the superior courts have played a decisive role in setting the political history of Pakistan towards democracy.
