The Most Spectacular Traveling Box

Sophie Mae, an orphan living on her family farm in Drycrop, Oklahoma, is barely surviving the dust bowl of 1935.

On the verge of starvation, she stumbles across a traveling box that transports her to the Gardenia Estate, a vast property in Evenland, Minnesota, surrounded by lush gardens and plentiful food. A closer inspection of the home reveals invisible people who maintain the estate, one being a circus magician named George the Great.

The enchanted home is a dream come true until rumors of the estate owner's untimely death have her doubting the magician's true intentions.
