The MEI Series

Are you sick of COVID-19 restrictions, most notably not being able to see or visit your loved ones? Well, so is MEI.

• MEI is an eight (8) year old, African American female who values her friends and family.
• MEI's best friend happens to be her Grandmother, who enjoys laughing, singing, and dancing with MEI.
• WhenCOVID-19 changed the world's relationships and interactions with each other, MEI had to stop her visits with her Grandmother.
• A welcomed alternative, communicating with her Grandmother over the phone became MEI's only refuge.

Unfortunately, a tragic accident occurred which prohibited MEI from speaking with her Grandmother over the phone. Not being able to visit or speak to her Grandmother, MEI devises a plan to "help" her Grandmother escape from the Nursing Home like a "stealth superhero." A story of creativity, resilience, and love, we invite you to help MEI with her quest to "break" her Grandmother out of the Nursing Home.
