The Know System (TM) Facilitator's Guide enables the leader to customize The Isle of Knowledge to benefit their team or organization. Extra information has been added to provide greater depth and context for meaningful discussion. The Know System (TM) contains components that are found in other decision-making models: time management, problem solving, change management, and a series of other decision-making systems.
