A preemptive attack by a superior alien race has decimated the Earth's, leaving only indigenous animals alive. It's the end of humanity's reign - almost.

A small band of ordinary people - strangers at first - survive. Sixteen unremarkable people trapped in an iconic Pacific Northwest motel outlast the world-wide plague of "Bugs." But that is just the begining. They are attacked by ruthless criminals. An earthquake and tsunami wreak havoc. Through it all, they try desperately to hold together and live. The self-named Survivors endure through grit and determination. And maybe something else.

Now, out-gunned and a million evolutionary years behind in intelligence, the Survivors struggle to fight a war against an entire alien race and soul-crushing odds.
