The Cycle

Over thirty years ago, humans, dwarves, and elves set aside their differences and defended their home land, the continent Exortus, from The Axis, an invading force of demon worshiping orcs. Against all odds, The Allies defeated The Axis, and with new, better leadership, the two factions settled into a separate, tenuous peace. However, that peace is thrown into turmoil one quiet night when a dwarven veteran of the war walks in on an orc assassinating his wife. With her murder pinned on him, and amidst rumors of the Axis preparing for another war, Burue refuses to let their past and present crimes go unpunished. Breaking free of his prison, he thrusts himself into a blazing, one way trip of revenge, one in which Burue disregards all former loyalties, all former ethics. Yet, will vengeance tempt him into betraying the loyalties, the brotherhood, of his oldest friend?

'The Cycle' is the first standalone novel in the ongoing series set in the world of Azure. An original, fresh take on fantasy, the world of Azure spans from various classic fantasy concepts to never before seen ideas and creatures, all while set in a believable world.
