A delightful, whimsical tale of a homeless cat in an ever-changing cotton mill vegetable garden. How can the kitty ever survive the four seasons alone, along with the trauma of being hungry, cold and wet through another English winter? Two sad children wander into his world, but why do the children need cheering up and do they need Kitty as much as he needs them?
