While this workbook cannot guarantee recovery, it will provide you with a tailored framework of your personal experiences in order to devise a plan of recovery specifically designed for you, by you.

This workbook may be an excellent accessory for you and your recovery team to work with.

A donation of the proceeds from the sale of the workbook will be given to individuals beginning residential treatment for addiction/trauma.
