Spirit Guides

Now.. what have we here. You have read this on-line I presume.. this.. let's see. 'Spirit Guides'. That reeks like something that is a bit too spiritual for my taste. Uhm. So.. oh.. it is about real life experiences by an authority .. oh.. also by others like ah.. that is a fame I cannot just ignore. So. These people say they can connect to (their) spirit guides. Can I try that for my self
