Formerly therapists, we (the editors) discovered that our clients are capable of better thinking, questioning, answering, doing, observing, and evaluating their own changes, than us. So we decided to become converstions conductors instead of therapists, letting clients lead their conversations with us. This book is based on real people's experiences on their ways from problematic and troublesome to better situations. It is designed to bring benefit to all who try helping themselves and others overcome difficulties and hardships.
