SHRM Employer-sponsored Investment Advice Survey

Human resource managers will find the crucial information they need to make intelligent workforce decisions in these studies that include detailed statistical data, forecasts, and trend research on a variety of topics including employer benefits, intergenerational workforces, healthcare costs, and retirement investment plans. The types of organizations that offer investment advice and the kinds of advice they offer are analyzed in this study. The perceived success of investment guidance programs and the reasons why some organizations have opted not to offer such assistance is also provided, along with an exploration of the kinds of events that would prompt an organization's investment advice to change.
