Serving Fairy Tea is a whimsical tale about Meg discovering Gran's forgotten fairy friends.

The story begins with Meg and Gran making the long journey to Gran's childhood home. Meg's inquisitive nature leads her to an incredible discovery. Hidden deep within the thicket, a special place, created by a child's imagination and nimble fingers. Unbeknown to Meg, carefully concealed in the recesses of the hut's tightly woven roof, fairies were excitedly watching her every movement.

Proving herself to be a gentle and tender caretaker of the little hidy-hole, the fairies begin to reveal themselves to her.

The obvious difference between the two groups of fairies, deeply concerns Meg. As she learns the reason why, a plan is developed to come to the rescue of the fairies who's wings are so badly faded. Sadly, discovering the unfortunate reason for the dramatic loss of colours in their beautiful wings, Meg is determined to come to their rescue.

This is not a simple solution, but working together with her delightful, new, little friends, Meg learns a new, magical recipe for tea that is critical to helping Gran rediscover her memories. She tenderly cares for Gran, as Gran begins her journey to remembering.

Eventually, Meg is able to coax the cobweb's from Gran's memory and together, they diligently follow the steps, collecting rainwater, preparing flowers, and patiently capturing the moon's rays through an enchanted crystal.

As Gran tenderly bathes the fairies wings, their colours are gloriously restored, and the "fairy queen" is at last revealed.

With time and careful attention to details, the fairies work hard with Meg to save their friends.
