Self Care for Sex Workers

This Journal is a holistic guide towards Self Care for those working in the Sex Industry.
Over a 6month period, you will be inspired to consider how to look after yourself by caring for your money, your time, your space and your pleasure.
Most importantly, you will reflect on how to identify and prioritise Your Needs over external demands.
Although each section is split into chapters, each with a guideline of 1 month to complete, you are encouraged to journal at your own pace.
There is no rush to complete anything, and annual repetition is suggested.

Self Care is of paramount importance to all members of the Human Race, however with increase contention towards the rights of Sex Workers leading to the further marginalisation of our lives, it is with specific focus that I encourage us to ground ourselves with a firm foundation in this nurturing practice.
