Srimad Bhagavad Gita holds a high place in Indian culture. This dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna on the battle-field of Kurukshetra is, as it were, a complete expression of Indian philosophy. The importance of Gita is more because it is not the philosophy of an ascetic sitting in the caves of the mountain, but the philosophy that came out of the struggle. That's why it has more significance in real life. This book is an attempt to convey this philosophy to the common reader in simple language and interesting couplet style.
