Running the Gauntlet

Kenny Bracey grew up "Running the Gauntlet" in many aspects of his life. As a child, he was "different", and often teased and harassed for that reason. His classmates, family members, parents, and church members always let him know who they thought he was and should be, especially with their words. Kenny discovered early that words could make him feel wonderful, or they could cause great pain.
