Maize is widely grown cereal crop. It serves three main purposes, as a food for human consumption, feed for livestock, poultry and raw material for agro-based industries. It is also utilized as a commercial crop to manufacture various products due to its highly nutritive value. Maize require high amount of nutrients for its growth & development.
