This book series is written by, and for, rednecks-those who have worked hard physically, and have always lived on the cusp of crudity, and some, even on the far side. We are not the kind to read books full of flowery language and esoteric concepts such as spiritual laws.
Myself? It took meeting the Angel of Death for me to begin seeing the lies I'd always believed were true, and to want to know the truth of life. Oh, it wasn't any ghostly angel, ghoulishly swinging a sickle around, rather just a presence-one I could not deny. Given a reprieve I started a search for the truth. That was 25 years ago.
This book is an in-your-face look at 16 spiritual laws- the real truths of life. If you want to know what they are-read this book. But I've got to warn you: there is a reason why nearly everyone alive would rather believe the lies, no matter how badly they stink up their lives.
Living by these truths give a very different perspective - one most folks NEVER have the opportunity to see. The bulk of this book is of snapshots of life as seen from the perspective of the Laws.
