Self-care is important! As a single mother, self-care was a term I flinched when discussed. Having no time
for self was a big contributor to the avoidance or use of a self-care routine. Over time burnout tried to take me out but I had children that depended on me. I had no choice but to continue to crawl (slowly) over and through obstacles. I learned the errors of my ways and the power of self-care and I hope you have or will too.
