Psychopaths and political leadership in the modern world are due to multiple reasons and the two major emotional drives: narcissistic symbiosis and shared psychosis are the basis according to Bandy Lee. Narcissistic symbiosis refers to the developmental wounds that make the leader-follower relationship magnetically attractive. When such wounded individuals are given positions of power, they arouse similar pathology in the population that creates a "lock and key" relationship. 'Shared psychosis'-which is also called "folie millions" (madness for millions) when occurring at the national level or "induced delusions"- refers to the infectiousness of severe symptoms that goes beyond ordinary group psychology. The above mentioned descriptions not only apply to President Trump but also to the majority of leaders of major nations on earth. There is a feeling of d j vu of Nazi Germany and Adolf Hitler. This phenomenon of collective madness and psychopathic autistic leaders has to be evaluated in detail neuropsychiatrically as the future of the world is at risk.
