Preventive analgesia with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

The arsenal of drugs available to the doctor to relieve pain is very broad. Many of them are within reach and it is only necessary to have the knowledge to use them correctly. NSAIDs are the most widely used drugs in the western world, and it is estimated that more than 30 million people use them daily. The aim of this work is to develop preventive analgesia protocols for patients undergoing emergency abdominal surgery.
