Phase Null

How does one plan and build a good school? The film shows how a school building is planned in the Hamburg district Osdorf-Lurup in a moderated process, known as Phase zero. A team comprising an architect and an educationalist set out the basic parameters for the school and spatial program, together with those involved locally.
