»Parafiscal charges in European Union Law. Specified on the 2015 Proposal of the European Commission Regarding the Implementation of the European Deposit Insurance Scheme (EDIS)«The question of the legal requirements of parafiscal charges in European Union law is still unanswered. The implementation of EDIS within the Banking Union requires an outlining of these requirements. The dissertation examines the Primary Law of the European Union and measures EDIS on the findings.
