Ourselves is a collection of two books written by Charlotte Mason for use by students to teach morals and self-control.
Book 1, Self-Knowledge, is aimed at students from 12-16 and contains four parts detailing:
- How our unchecked desires can enslave us
- How to use our God-given gifts
- How to be selfless
- How to be useful

Book 2, Self-Direction, teaches about our conscience, our will, and our soul.
